  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Before i start my article..please take a look at this :-
It is known that there are differing technologies and methodologies used by SEO practitioners. It is not the intent of a Code of Ethics to define HOW the code is met, but rather to objectively set the bounds of compliance. For instance, from an Ethics standpoint, it does not matter if you use Cloaking, Doorway, Hallway, Site Maps, or Shadow pages to optimize your site as long as the product meets the Code of Ethics. However, search engine acceptance will depend upon meeting these Codes plus SEO Standards appropriate (and today, unique) to each search engine. In general, if actions are in compliance with the Code of Ethics and are accepted by the search engines (thus obviously meeting their individual SEO Standards) then they are allowed.
Usually, they have two types of optimization that SEO person done for their website it is Onpage Optimization and Offpage Optimization. Onpage optimization will not guarantee any top rating within a search engine, only offpage optimization can offer that guarantee. However, offpage optimization is far more effective WHEN onpage optimization is in place. But for this posting i will just focusing on Onpage and for this article, the following phrases will be used as an example: replica watches, patek philippe watch, best replica watch. Of the three phrases, “replica watches” will be the primary phrase used for optimization.
Below is a list of onpage elements in which the keywords need to be placed:
Keywords in the meta description tag
Meta tags are getting used less and less by the search engines. However, it is still good practice to use the Description and Keyword meta tags if only for your own reference.
meta description tag >> Areplicamall.com Offers High Quality Replica Watches And Most Popular Brand Watches
Keywords in the meta keyword description
Search engines like Google no longer look at the Keywords meta tag. However, still include your keywords here. They can serve as a point of reference for you in the future.
meta keyword >> keyword, keyword, keyword
Do not “stuff” this meta tag by repeating your keyword phrases over and over. Search engines will ban sites for such practices.
    Keywords in the body copy
Use your keyword phrases throughout the copy of the body of the web page. Use them in natural ways. Do not overuse your keyword phrase. Avoid using hidden text. Try your best to include your primary keyword phrase at/near the beginning of your copy and at/near the end of your copy. Once, and only once, make sure your primary keyword phrase is bolded.
    Keywords in ALT tags
Many suggest that the alt tags on your images should contain your keywords. Be careful. Some search engines see that as spamming. If you do it, don’t over do it.
Keywords contained in the URL or site address, e.g., http://www.keyword.com/keyword.htm
If the primary phrase of our web page is “Replica Watches”, then the name of the actual HTML file would be replicawatches.html, replica_watches.html or replica-watches.html
    Keywords in the TITLE tag(s)
Every page should have TITLE tags. TITLE tags appear on the status bar above the menu bar in a web browser. The TITLE tags for the main page of your web site should look like the following:
TITLE tag >> Areplicamall.com – Best Replica Watch | Replica Watches | Patek Philippe Watch
Generally the formula should be: website name - keyword|keyword|keyword. Avoid using articles and conjunctions like a, the, and. Use the pipe(|) or dash (-) to separate keywords.
Do not “stuff” your title by repeating your keyword phrases over and over. Search engines will ban sites for such practices.
Keywords in H1 tag or other headline tags
Somewhere near the top of the page place your primary keyword phrase within h1 tags.
H1 tag >> Best Replica Watch
The combination of the TITLE tag and H1 tag effectively act as titling tags for your page. The search engine spider will begin to see pretty quickly what your page is about if these two tags are in place.

Ops..i forgot to give some briefing on what is SEO exactly...
Search Engine Optimization or SEO is the process of making a site search engine-friendly. Its probably the most important aspect of website design. Many commercial websites are designed and set up by people who know little or nothing about search engine optimization. They do not know how to give the search engines what they want to see when they index your site. Here my posting will contains the information (or some link to related site) that they SHOULD know about optimizing a website for the search engines.

  • My 1st Posting

Hello..this is my first posting at this blog (i will call it as e-diary). Firstly, i would like to say a lot of thanks to myblog.com.my for provide a place for person like me to share my own views, thoughts and etc. Its not easy to find such a comfortable place to get keep in touch directly with others..we can easily receive feedback from our friends, family and other web users..cool huh! For my first posting i like to share some information about blog. Maybe you all have already know about its..but its ok, i’m just wanna to share it in my own views..

For me a blog is an e-diary or online diary made available on the Internet/web. The purpose is as i mention above, to provide a place or way for web users to publish, to share their own views, thoughts, photo and etc. Blogs often provide commentary or news on a particular subject, such as food (such as cuisine, dessert etc), politics, goods sold on internet (such as watches, clothes etc) or local news. A typical blog combines text, images, and links to other blogs, web pages, and other media related to its topic. The ability for readers to leave comments in an interactive format is an important part of many blogs.

Ermm…i think just these for now..all comments and feedback are welcome..thanks!
